Learn to Sail

YNZ level 1 & 2 (Dinghy) – An introductory course for those with no experience

The ‘Learn to Sail’ course is a national programme developed by Yachting New Zealand. Under the guidance of a qualified instructor, students are taught to sail a boat with skill and confidence. Both evening classes (aimed towards adults) and weekend classes (more popular with 10 to 16 year olds) are available throughout the year. The course fee includes all safety equipment and boat hire.
